Australia is a continent that only has 20 million people mainly hanging onto the edges. The middle is barren and usually hot and dry. Why not invest world money to place millions of solar panels in the centre and create a global source of clean electricity. Use some of the energy to power desalinisation plants around the coast and irrigate the centre to grow enough wheat to feed the world.
Sounds easy. How much? Why not?
