Simple but entirely correct. There's no better way to connect with our planet than simply involving yourself in it. Its impossible not to care after walking with nature.

The conquering and exploitation of Nature is the root of all our disorders. We all possess hundreds of sensory intelligences inseparable from nature's wisdom to co-exist cooperatively, peacefully and in harmony as all other non-human species do. We, as humans, have over consumed and destroyed our natural resources for many generations. This has led to the degradation of our beautiful planet, Earth, which I consider to be sacred. By spending time walking, meditating and listening to the sounds and vibrations that emanates from Nature, we can be revitalised and re-establish our connectedness with the natural world.
Perhaps when we have re-connected with Nature we will be able to take better care for our home, Earth.
