Longer Tube Services

I would like to petition for longer hours on the tubes. I think it would beneficial in a number of areas:

A) It would create more jobs as there would be around the clock shifts (always a good thing at the moment).
B) It would cut down on the number of cabs driving around in the city at night spewing horrible stuff from their exhausts
C) This for me is quite a big one - safety. After a long night out and a few drinks girls will often jump in the nearest cab just to get home. As many of these are illegal and untracable it can lead to robbery and in extreme situations even rape. I believe by running the tubes for longer people could get home much more safely.
D) I could get home! :)
