Earth Survey Report
03 Feb 2009
The report is a 'schedule of condition' designed to highlight why and how we, as humankind, one of millions of species on our planet, act contrary to the flow of nature and so cause such damage. It provides an overview of the 'works' required to design and execute a process for comprehensive refurbishment and replacement of the structures, systems and management, which contribute to the 'rot' or 'pollution factors'.
The 'contract' is for all of humanity to collaborate and cooperate as co-owners and innovators of a new reality on our planet. The legal, communications, management and other structures required to perform the 'works' are in use already. Quite simply, we have the opportunity to contribute our time to develop a revised set of aims and desired outcomes in order to co-create a new World.
Initially, we must come to appreciate the nature of our 'reality', as presented by our 5 bodily senses to our human mind. We can accept that our mind has developed since birth as a consequence of our memories and habits, which have formed our personality. However, we have a common consciousness, which continually seeks happiness but has been blocked by indoctrination and stress. So, our mental pollution is sourced in deep-rooted fears of many kinds, which stem from imbalanced use of our structures and systems. As a result, the basic essentials for happiness, such as food, shelter, education, knowledge, understanding, creative fulfilment and love, remain in short supply for the vast majority of us.
It is important to understand the inevitability of our situation in a World composed of opposites – hot:cold, light:dark, love:fear and so on - and sustained with regimented systems of 'education', geared to support the 'status quo. Further, our collective ignorance is consolidated by a media-machine, funded by vested interests. Thus, education has lost its real purpose, from its Latin roots, 'to bring out from within', while indoctrination and ignorance fuel the 'pollution factors'.
We nave reached a time when we are challenged to summon the humility, courage and wisdom to acknowledge our immaturity, so that we can grow in excitement at our unlimited potential. So, with new focus, we can seize the opportunity to mature as free beings, let go of our mental traps and co-create a new reality on our Home. Thus, our initial blueprint must seek to enable and sustain our collective freedom, peace and harmony in order to satisfy our common desire for happiness.
Our 'contract' demands mass collaboration and participation of people within and between communities of all types, whether by location or in interest-groups. Co-ownership, co-innovation and openness to fulfil common goals will enable the emergence of a revitalised human nature founded on trust and cooperation. Excitement and enthusiasm for the new vision will be the sustaining factors to guarantee success of the 'works'.
Central to co-ownership is the incorporation of companies by communities globally, in which all members are equal shareholders. This model exists already with Community Interest Companies in U.K. Effectively, each company can have an executive board of elected members, supported by non-executive boards of members with expertise on numerous issues. So support becomes available from a wide range of local specialists committed to the new vision. The concept enables development of an international 'matrix' of community-owned and managed companies across the planet. This is the alternative form of globalisation, which can harness all of the technological and economic benefits of transnational corporations for the advancement of real-life communities.
New sources of finance and investment can appear as communities learn to pool their purchasing power, source their own goods and provide their own services. Freedom focussed on peace and harmony will work to dissolve our mental traumas, enabling committed focus for building new lives. New software systems will enable debt-free banking, community trading, hands-on education, and projects to deliver the 'works'.
We can come to know that 'unity liberates and freedom unites' as we work together to remove stress, crime, violence, disease, waste, control and conflict from our World.

brilliant insight and great input, however, how do we force the nation to work in collaboration?

I don't see the use of force as productive or necessary in a World full of people seeking release from what I call the 'pollution factors'. What we seek to provide are tools that enable people in communities to collaborate and co-innovate for common good. These tools come in the form of interactive software solutions alongside practical means for community ownership and management.
Essentially, to create a positive response to our collective challenges people must 'wake up' to say 'enough is enough'. With a new focus and determination, we allow ourselves to step out of lethargy and disempowerment for the sake of Love. That is love in its broadest aspect as the natural, balanced flow of life in peace and harmony.
We're working to complete our marketing 'DIY' Kit for communities and individuals to develop the new structures and systems, which I feel are central to the solutions. We aim to have the site www.tgl.tv upgraded with a 'sexier' look-and-feel to support the DIY kit by the end of March. Please have a look at the site, if you have time. We are seeking assistance during beta testing and there are global networks to work with.
