You know, the older I get and the more birthdays I celebrate, the more I appreciate every day.

I believe every day is a gift, in fact, I believe every moment is a miracle, Life is a miracle and I should know, there have been a few times that I have nearly had my life snuffed out and it is a miracle I am still here!!

So these days, I like to spend my life in service to others as a way of giving back and as a token of my appreciation and gratitude to being alive and kicking, on this funny little blue planet we call home.

Along with Honesty, Openness and Integrity, some of my other core values are: Peace, Harmony, Love and Cause No Harm.

So what if we could teach Cause No Harm to our children, make it a core value in our families, groups, workplaces, educational facilities and in the human psyche?

Now imagine what our world would look and feel like, if we stopped causing harm to ourselves, to others, to the immediate environment and to our mother, Mother Earth, who provides us with everything we need to survive and prosper in peace, harmony and unity.

What a legacy we would be leaving our children!
