Fundraising Development Manager
Location: Bath
We are looking for an experienced fundraiser to create and implement the fundraising strategy for our organisation to drive forward our income goals. This is a senior role within a small charity therefore you will need to be passionate about the sustainability of the Planet and be prepared to be hands on. You will work extremely closely with the CEO and Trustees to bring this Charities vision to life. You will focus on proactively developing our income from trusts and foundations, high net worth individuals, events and the corporate sector. You will be practical, and capable of delivering results and if successful potentially leading your own small team.
This role is on a commission only basis.

Volunteer Communications Manager
Location: Bath
This is a part-time role, ideally covering 20 hours over 4 to 5 days per week. Reporting directly into the CEO it requires the post-holder to manage all aspects of the Charity’s communication activities, help create their strategic communications plan and implement all communication activities detailed in their business plan.
You will be experienced in generating media coverage, providing copy and acting as the main contact for the media and external organisations.
Candidates must have excellent written and oral communication skills, proven abilities in communicating with a wide variety of external audiences, and knowledge and experience of PR. Initiative is paramount as is creative thinking and an adaptable, flexible attitude.
This is an exciting opportunity for a PR and Communications professional who has the passion and motivation to be involved with a valuable cause.

Health/Wellbeing Category Content Developer
The category developers role is to
Identifying the latest innovations, blogs, developments in each of the areas and deciding the best way in association with the CEO to show them on the site.
- Create a weekly email to citizens with an interest in your category.
- Create links with key organisations that OFP should work with. The aim is to connect our citizens with organisations already doing great work out there and that have solutions. (These need to be global focused)
- Keep citizens updated on the latest movements in the area including, research, innovations, reports, solutions etc
- Source a video per week for each subcategory and vet the video’s being added by citizens.
- Reply to forum and comment posts in each subcategory where possible.
- Build a following for this area
The community is global so information needs to be global focused and solutions focused.
It is estimated that this role will need around 7 hours per week dedicated in order to fulfil effectively.
