  • Developing Living, flourishing community's - The self-contained entity, / unit, / system.

For a renewal a society and a reversing of the present fragmentation, I feel concepts such as self-contained, self-reliance and interdependence, decentralisation and small scale - together can be key elements in redesigning the sustainable community. These concepts can function as templates guiding the direction and development of society towards resilience and vitality.
The importance of, or even desirability of self-sufficiency in all strata of society has largely disappeared from the political agenda. Likewise the related character of decentralisation. Instead an ever increasing need for control through anti-democratic politics, institutions, media propaganda and steering, fear and division -is the order of the day. The need to control at the end of the day ultimately demands violence.
The possibility and importance of the country's, city's or community´s need to develop as a self-reliant/autonomous and democratic resilient unit must be re-evaluated and made a priority, if we are to avoid the worst of the many crises that we face now, and within a worsening scale -will be confronting in the future.

  • My Vision for the Future

It’s easy to point out what is wrong with the current gender roles, or to point out how feminism is incomplete and sometimes plain wrong. What’s harder though, is to be able to state a positive vision for the future, without pointing out all the negatives that can be identified in the gender debate.
